My brain is a wild jungle full of scary gibberish. I'm writing a letter, I can't write a letter, why can't I write a letter? I'm wearing a green dress, I wish I was wearing my blue dress, my blue dress is at the cleaners. The Germans wore gray, you wore blue, 'Casablanca' is such a good movie. Casablanca, the White House, Bush. Why don't I drive a hybrid car? I should really drive a hybrid car. I should really take my bicycle to work. Bicycle, unicycle, unitard. Hockey puck, rattlesnake, monkey, monkey underpants! - L.G.

NEW OCEANThe latest full-length collection of recordings, New Ocean, from Omaha local Ryan Mckeever is an example of the kind of quality independent recording is capable of producing. With liquid transitions, thoughtful layers of strings, and smooth vocal harmonies the album fits together like a puzzle.  New additions to the lineup of familiar instrumentsand recording techniques utilized in previous projects by the artist give New Ocean a depth that lives up to the title.  The album is available to download in full for a dollar via bandcampand free to listen. Seriously one of the best parts of this movie.

I remember sitting in the theater (my friend and I went together and we were the only people there without a small child - being a Disney Kid means you get used to this pretty quickly) and HOWLING with laughter at this part.

Amazing.

I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THIS MOVIE AND THIS MAKES ME SAD.

Every time I watch Winnie the Pooh, I’m proud to say that I’ve been Piglet for Halloween. Twice.

To you, my best friends.

You all know who you are :) You are my support, my happiness, and pretty much my family. I will always be there for you, whenever and wherever you need me. I appreciate you, and your faces…I guess.

Love,

Claire

ENERGY. AHHH.

I haven’t had anything (caffeine, sugar, etc.) that would make me feel as freakishly energized as I am now. I just feel soooooooooo awake. I don’t understand it though, again, I just worked for nine hours. What is going on? I apologize for sounding completely bonkers right now, but I am never ever like this. It’s weirding me out….

Also, going for a run again! Haven’t felt anything from yesterdays run (I DON’T UNDERSTAND THIS), so we will see how I feel tomorrow after this one! YAY!
